rapp122008 A Scammer?

So, as the story goes. I needed to buy a PIN on Saturday, I added a bunch of people and rapp was one of them. I bought the PIN from someone else and then rapp came on MSN, and basically forced me to buy the PIN for .90 cents because he needed to get rid of it I guess from what he said and never sent it. I don't have chat logs to prove it but I have my PayPal and email to prove.

Kind of a stupid thing to get banned for, eh?

He has yet to respond to me yet, every time I am on MSN he isn't on, I know for a fact its not an imposter because I copied his MSN right from his thread, so that is also his PayPal too, ask him costumers I am sure they will probably say that that is the PayPal.

I ask him when he is going to give me the PIN and he just answers other questions but mine.

Kind of a stupid thing to do, ruin your business over a measly .91 cents XD, Oh well sucks for him.

Anyways, please look this over and if you need more proof I will try to deliver some.

 

Without a convo, it isn't enough to prove he scammed.

But it seems he's evading, so he's banned.
