Ban Evader - Could happen again.

Hey I recognized this guys AIM when he posted it because he scammed me back in August of 2008. I did some research and sure enough he is a ban evader and should be banned again. Look at his AIM. Even regardless of his vouches he will not hesitate to scam again when the time is right. Thanks.
