Phenomz is a scammer. %100 MSN log + pic + vid PROOF.

I was supposed to buy RSGP off him, but it ensued in him trying to scam me.

Phenomz tried scamming me by doing the following:

telling me he wants to get back at his "friend" by limiting his PayPal via sending/cancelling an eCheck to the respected PayPal account.

He told me to send $100 eCheck to the paypal, then cancel it.

One problem. You cannot cancel eCheck payments.
