May I please be Unbanned?

Well, This happened this summer when I was attempting to sell my WoW account. I finally found a buyer and started to make a deal with them. I was going to give her my WoW account for her rs account that was 114 with a GS and a Santa. We made the trade and I thought all was going well.

Then without thinking the person I sold to I believe there name was FGX or something along those lines, changed all of the information in one day. I mean everything. Email, Name , Anything she could. Thus the account was locked.

I offered to help and said I would need about a week because they would need to send me the form to fill out to get it unlocked.

Soon after that someone took my pictures from my post and made a new thread saying they were selling my account and posting up my pictures. The person that I sold to freaked out and assumed I was somehow scamming them even though they still had the account in there control. They then popped onto MSN to tell me that I was a scammer and that I was reported. By the time I asked what? She had placed me on Block.

Before even trying to ask me any questions or to provide proof that I was the only one that owned the account and not this imposter I was banned.

I have made two topics in an attempt to be unbanned without any avail. If I could please be unbanned or atleast be able to talk to an admin over a messenger so I could actually explain things / let them actually ask me questions. I would love that. Thanks in advance, Rares.

 

Looking through your posts, I have significant reason to believe that you are both Jave` and Wild`, and that you did scam. Since disputes over a month old are not accepted anyway, your dispute is denied.

However, the name of the person you traded with was FG4, and she is still here. So, if you want to return the account she paid for, her MSN is [email protected].

The story is that I bought his WoW account from him 7/25/2008. Two days later it was locked. I contacted him and asked him to unlock it for me, because only the account creator can get it unlocked. After trying to get in touch with him for nearly a month, he finally got back to me on August 18 and requested the form from me to recover the account/get it unlocked. The form is the only way you were able to recover an account when it is locked under suspicion of account selling(I suspect he called or emailed the WoW admins and asked to get the account back and was told to send the form for proof of identity). I responded the next day with the address to the form on the blizzard website, and then he responded asking for current password to the account which I provided to him.

On 08-18-2008, 3 hours before he sent the email to me requesting the form, he posted the thread selling the runescape account I sold to him. The next day, 08-19-2008, a little over 12 hours after I gave him the then current password to the WoW account, he posted the selling thread for the WoW account that he sold to me under the name Wild'. 12 hours is enough time to recover the account because all that is required is proof that you are the one who created the account: ID, fill out information on the form, and current password.

The night that I sent him the email with the password I tried to log onto the WoW account and it said the password was wrong. There was NO way to change a WoW account password while the account is locked. After I saw the account password was different, I looked on sythe and, sure enough, there were two selling threads. I then tried to contact Rares on MSN and I think I had a few brief words with him and he denied scamming me, which is bullshit. I posted a scammer report against him on 08-20-2008 after I talked with Rares to see what he had to say and waited until I got the "OK" from a sythe mod to recover my runescape account. I cannot recall which mod I talked to about this.

A few days ago I was talking to Joel_T, the person I sold the runescape account to after this happened, and he informed me the other day that the runescape account was locked. I thought Joel_T did something to get it locked by himself and I assured him that I had nothing to do with it being locked. Today I see Rares' dispute thread and it makes sense now that Rares' tried to recover the runescape account with the information I gave him. I am posting this for my own protection because I would never scam. Joel_T tells me today that the runescape account is still locked. I assured him that I would never try to recover the account without his permission.
