He should at least try and help you, whether it be recovering the account or whatever...how sad to see him not doing much about your loss.

 

R2 is reponsible but i think he should only pay 1/2 the fees. Jw how much did u buy the acc for?

 

Will runs a trusted shop, if James was not an associate of his when the scamming when down no action should be taken against him. He wouldn't just go out of his way, his social life (and trust me i know of it), his gold shop and his school work just to alert you that James is no longer his partner.

In the future I suggest this be a lesson to everyone reading to always confirm, verify someone before under going a trade. Harsh for you tho.

I hope something gets done about this. I have no say in what should
be done about this. I mean the most that can be done is have that person
banned, but R2P wasn't directly involved in the trade, so I don't see how is
is responsible. Yes he referred you to someone, but I still would of taken necessary
steps to ensure your trade.

He doesnt even seem to think that he's liable for it though.

 

R2P didn't refer people to him, R2P basically had James handling his transactions. Had he referred instead, he would of kept the thread closed, had James open up his own topic, and made a post like "My friend James is looking to buy accounts, his thread can be found here". But that's not what happened.

Snappie posted one key piece of evidence that should be enough to prove that R2P should be held responsible:

Bolded and underlined the important part. R2P clearly said that HE was looking for accounts, not that James was looking for accounts.

 

R2P should reimburse you for your account. He made the mistake of posting his associates contact information, and needs to take responsibility.

 

See I was too lazy to read the whole thing, but thank you for clarifying.

I still think it should of been held with more caution, but then again
most people don't when it comes to trusted people.

 

You're all acting as if R2 -won't- fix the situation as soon as he can get around to it. He's a busy guy and he made a mistake, it was not malicious on his part; give him some time.

 

On the contrary, he blew off another newer member previously when the member posted in RaS about it, and Will basically said it wasnt his fault, and tough.

 

Just cut the chase and post this in report a scammer forum. If he's ignoring you, then there's no better way to get his attention. You have enough evidence to show that he is responsible.

 

Your not putting it into context, He hasn't went out and scammed everyone, If he had he'd obviosuly need to be banned, He obvisouly didn't intend for anyone to be scammed, Although he should take responsibility I wouldn't say a ban is fair due to him being here for a good while.

Example: Guy joins football team 1 week in he fucks up doesn't turn up for training, He gets kicked out.

Guy that's been on the football team for 3 years doesn't turn up for training, He would be let off with it, WHY? Because he's produced a 3 year record of being punctual and loyal.

What i gathered from the post was that r2James was selling accounts for R2plesant meaning it is his responsibility.

 

You proved my point, Yes I'd expect the law firm to refund me, Then #1 lawyer would have to deal with scamalot.

it's #1's is responsible for #2, If the law firm didn't refund me I could easily take them to court and win.

If your stating #1 just vouched for #2 saying he's a good lawyer and should use him, Then why the fuck is #1 a lawyer he's not going to be getting much business suggesting other lawyers too take his cases is he?

 

Here is my problem with the situation:

1) There is no proof James scammed anything, just heresay.

2) The thread said I am looking for accounts from Original Owners. We sent a form to all buyers which they were to fill out. All of these forms required the users to post that they are the original owners. Snappie later admitted that he lied and was not an original owner of the account.

3) James was never my employee. He was simply someone looking to run an account shop with me. I have seen many staff members create businesses with other users who later end up scamming. They are not held responsible for those situations.

4) GoldRS.com, Sythe's #1 Endorser has been found to change account sellers' information quite often. Many of the accounts are never recovered by the sellers. They have received absolutely no consequences from Sythe.org.

In reaction to these situations I have permanently closed my account section, and banned James for safety.

 

Damn that sucks, What will happen now?
