anyways ages ago i bought cosrob's guides resale rights

and i only just found this out but after i bought it and then got banned he tried to resell the guide as shown here: http://sythe.org/showpost.php?p=11471627&postcount=182


but the original reason was because i posted the guide for free via a friend and then the thread was locked and deleted,

so pretty much this should be a ban for these reasons:

Selling a guide that he doesnt have resale rights to
Trying to Sell Something that is Free

other people have been banned for it as well, most notiable pureown (http://www.sythe.org/showthread.php?t=1489161)

but i was really going to report him for me not being allowed to give my guide away for free which in turn means that i shouldnt have been able to sell it either, cant link that thread as its deleted, but anyways have fun

Because you currently owe me in damages from leaking my guide. When you leaked my guide you made it impossible for me to sell "resale" rights for other sites and cost me money. Which you will need to pay before even having a chance to be unbanned.

Now on to me selling a guide without reselling rights. You lost your rights on 3 different occasion and these are the reasons for it:

• You're banned. Once you're banned you can't sell the guide and lose the rights to sell them on sythe.org. Hence why I gain power to resell it until you're unbanned.
• You tried to sell rights to my guide to Brendan. You never bought rights to resell the rights to my guide. All you bought was the rights to sell my guide on sythe.org. If it wasn't for brendan asking me if it was alright to buy it, you would of gone through with it.
• You leaked my guide. That there ultimately relinquishes the rights you have to sell my guide automatically and the rights come back to me.

So there's the 3 reasons you don't have resale rights anymore and I have them. Hence allowing me to sell my own guide.




Now to selling my guide even though it was leaked.


I was on a break from sythe for 3 or so months, and during this time you were banned. When I came back I decided to sell my guide, however it was quickly brought to my attention that you had leaked my guide which lead to my thread closed and no sales were done. Now, if I had been able to sell a guide I would be required to refunded them, however I wasn't able to. And further, I wasn't aware it was leaked. Since no damage was done and I don't have any mens rea, you're gasping at straws to stir up drama.


Edit: Before somebody tries to say pureown did the same etc, I'm going to write a tl;dr version on why it's different.

Pureown actually resold the guide after selling resale rights, even though the person he sold it to never did anything to relinquish resale rights (unlike you stui). Further when questioned about it he lied to staff. In my case Stui broke multiple different aspects on owning my guide which gave me rights to sell my guide again. I never lied to the staff.

WRONG, i leaked MY guide, which I bought the RESALE rights to

 

You bought rights to sell my guide on sythe.org. Nothing else.

You didn't own the guide, you owned the ability to sell my guide on sythe.org. You knew full well that it was only sythe.org because you only paid for sythe.org.

And stop lying, here's the convo with brendan, even though you already leaked the guide.:
