I think the stock should have more contrast on it. It's good that you're getting into gfx more. All I have to say, is you're amazing at gfx.

The use of a duplicate stock didn't work out in my opinion.
Also the open part in the left/mid section is plain and looks mirrored.
I like the blue highlights and I would love to see some of the blue back in the grain you've created also the blue could be used to create a decent lighting scene.

Not your best by far, but it has a nice concept.
Hope it made sense to you and I hope it makes you improve/ regain your old level of gfx.

Awesome, but i think you could have given the sparkly smoke things a bit more depth, I would have thought they would look cool if they were crawling up the focal. Maybe put on darken or something but use curves to brighten it up idfk. I don't know how you did them so this might be impossible or stupid. I don't like the mirror you did on this, sorry. Still awesome though.
