hehe this made me chuckle inside

Thankyou for that.
In order to keep your server private, just make sure no one knows your IP that would want to connect while you're on it

or just close the port 43594 (or 5555 depending on what you choose, those are the most common ones) on your router
as for the command prompt, this run batch file is for your server. If you want to connect to your server you're going to need a client. For an old server like phonescape you can just use Moparscape.org's webclient
On the client, type a random name and pass, then put 127.0.0.1 as the server IP. Or you could put LocalHost but meeeehhh xD
Woosh you'll be playing your server in no time
Just remember, when you make a change to your server, most of the time it will need to be re-compiled and restarted in order to be come in effect.
Which just means that you need to run your compiler and re-run the run batch file to see changes

If a change has been made that is messed up, the compiler will catch it and tell you that it can't compile because there is an error. Alot of the time, 100 errors can be fixed by adding a } in the correct spot

so just remember, for every { you need a }
Hope this helped you
