[508] IS Project client open source release!! [IP Changer]
The 508 cache is not included in the client, because I coudln't be bothered uploading all 80mb~. Just add any 508 cache to it and it will work.

It's fully open sourced, ip changer as well and it's needed for the IS project server source i released earlier because a lot of stuff in there is client sided :S

-ip changer
-open source
-customised login
-customised in-game sprites
-has interfaces hardcoding set-up
-LOTS of new models:
(spirit shields, d claws, d plate, new d legs, d plate pieces, dagonhai, black elite, inferno adze, flame gloves, ring of fire, all pvp armour/weps, all corrupt dragon, all circus clothes, carrot, santa clothes, all sacred clay armour/weps etc..)
