I say soulwars bank, but a lot of people say its a easy ban but yet I've gotten 2 99 mage's at the bank there. And for a script i'm not sure, just use a autoclicker.

Do it at soul wars, on the fullest soul wars world, and stand on the bank spot.
No randoms, and like 50 options on you so no reports.

Autoclicker, W2 GE always works if you are willing to check your account for randoms, if not soulwars. Look at the alching calculator on rswikia for the best items to alch.

Alching in minigame lobbies doesn't give randoms, but the second you leave the lobby after alching for a while you'll pretty much get a guarranted random event.

Most people alch yew longs, magic longs and I think some people alch maple longs (u)
