100% PVP Melee (Attack, Strength, Defence)
85-95% Range PVP
100% Prayer Draining
100% Prayer Effects (Piety, Super human strength, protect melee, Smite, Ect...)
75-90% Magic (Almost all lunar, ancients, and normal magics work) (Barrage, blitz, vengeance, vengeance on another, teleblock, heal other, I think you get the point lol)

Ring of Recoil works perfect, all range bolts work (dragon bolts (e), diamond bolts (e) with their effects)
its just about perfect PVP...
I havent really editted alot aside from a few combat fixes, and cleaned out some useless code to attempt to make it more stable.
but i will edit alot as we go on... (its basically beta at the moment)

--- Commands ----

lvl (id) (exp ammount) --- your given 1m experience to spend on what ever stats you like.
backup ---- USE THIS AS OFTEN AS POSSIBLE TO PREVENT BEENING NULLED OR RESTARTED!!!!!

item (id) (ammount) ---- (when spawning stuff you MUST have coins, a few items dont cost GPS but most do, i did this to make an economy i guess, to get GPS you must sell your item drops from Pking)
sellitem (id)
networth --- (tells you how much your entire account worth is)
kdr --- (shows your kills and death ratio)
pvp ---- (teleports you to player vs player zone PKING) when teleporting to pvp it teleports you into edgeville bank, if you walk out, you are then in PVP zone and can be attackd)
normal --- (teleports you where everything is a safezone)
eastdragons ---- (teleports you into deeper wildy for pking)

I think thats just about it for the normal player commands.
as for moderators and administrators, please do not ask for these, I will hand-pick them, based on behavoir, good grammar, and if they are dedicated.
I WILL NOT HAVE AN ABUSIVE STAFF, IF YOU ABUSE YOU WILL BE IMMEDIATELY DEMOTED, NO MATTER IF YOUR MY FRIEND OR NOT, I WILL NOT HAVE MY STAFF RUINING THE FUN FOR OTHER PLAYERS. (that was the main problem with us, the staff did nothing but abuse)
