I want to know when i should get 45 defence for archer helm if its even worth it.

I wouldn't if its for archer helm just becuz it doesn't make much of a difference.

Don't get 45 defence for an archer helm. If it was me, I would stay at 40 defence and dedicate my time in raising strength up.

Either stay at 40, or get 42 for void!

Waste of levels to get 45 just for the helmet.
