I am a pure myself but I must admit that tankers are the hot shit these days.
They own all.
I would say to get 70 defense with all else 1, and then 80+ range.  |

You should at least try them, Cheap to train and not many quests such as a barrows or rune pure. Even ancient pure is kind of hard.
All you really need is RFD, Monkey Madness..

yah but black armor doesnt have a great bonus such as rune or barrows :/ and no offence to you but the idea of having 10 defence to me is kinda a failed pure :/

Yeah, I wasn't being cocky by posting them and saying they're better, but I like black pures IMO. And i've never had 1, All my posts before weren't flaming or anything so don't get the wrong idea LOL.
It's your account and basically you can do whatever you want, I was just suggesting a black pure, and you don't like it - Not everyone is the same and that's okay. =]

Well, as you said you'd like a 45 or maybe 70 pure.
Go for zerker, I've heard that they're really good and owning the wild as well as tankers.
