Can a pure with 1 defence successfully do this without gaining any defence exp? Or prayer exp? Prayer level is 26.

Sorry but that sounds like bullshit.275 qp here and I dont recon finding any new fast exp monsters during the quests.
Even tho I cannot guess Im gonna say ghostly warriors which are 60-80k per hour.
