Barrows pures can no spec whip stake right? Just not boxing or dds stakes?

depends on your Attk,str and hp level.
Barrow pures can box and dds but not the best.

well it's 80-85-70 with 83 hps cause of range. should i just go ahead and level him out and get the defense up some? he's 50 prayer so it's not that bad. it's not a pure staker and I have no intention of having max 99s with 1 prayer. just asking for what's the best i can do with what I have.

also, i have another account that's 72-77-45 with 108 qps and rune gloves. It's already 1k from 46 defense.. it's pretty much ruined right? So I just focus on the 70 def one??

Well you should get 80-99-80, thats normally a good combo for staking no Armour.

if i were you i would ignore the melee stats i would go 72-77-80 , 99 range.
tank rangers work anyway you could possibly try with your first account as well.
