I think it's common knowledge that if you use a home tele tab before you die in a pvp world or bounty world you keep your items if you die from poison. Is this a glitch or is it intended?

to my knowledge you keep all items if you die in your house... im not sure if jagex intended it that way for pvp or not but to me your house should be like a safespot but yeah not too sure

Quite sure it works period. Even if you set the duel thing on, and kill each other, you just spawn outside with your armour etc still equipped.

Yeah.. even if you're in a pvp world you don't lose items in your house. You can't obtain EP in your house though, and you don't get drops from killing people in it.
