What should I do with my 30m. Should I try and merch skill, what? I'm level 85 with 95 strength and 99 thieving.

I think you should spend part of it going to Bandits for 99 strength. If thats not your thing then maybe go green dragons for bones. Its also decent XP if you use supers. 30m isn't much to blow on skills or items. Its also hard to merch with 30m. Most clans require at least 50m.

I would just spend it on skills that will allow you to make money later (Powertraining range, strength, attack) Etc

Again, I think the best way to increase money is by MKing.
Avansies, soling bandos etc.
If you are bored then I would suggest Giant Mole killing. Its much more fun.
Killing any dragons too

Hate to highjack, but flip some items.

Some items to flip: Dragon Boots, Abbysal Whip, Dragon platelegs, Dragon hatchet, etc.
