I recently got back my pure who has been perm banned for about 2 years now for account sharing/trading. Do you think whent he account review thread opens back up I will be unbanned?

i think so yes becus almost all stuff excpt macro and bug abuse gets unbanned there :P (my did for accout sharing)

It can be. Only bans I've heard of not being reverse are Marcoing bans.

one of my accounts got unbanned for account sharing so theres a possibility. Also i got one unbanned for RWT, which is much worse so probably a high possibility.
