[help] 9.9.09 "jagex ban event"
Hello, I'm new in this site, my friend referred me here and said I may get help here..
Ok,
At the last month (9.9) my runescape account got banned..
The reason is unknown, I just see "Manual Permanent Ban"
And the type is : Ban
No evidence at all or any information which could help me to appeal and get unbanned...
I sent Jagex an appeal message and said it was their mistake and I didn't use any bots or bugs....
I just WoodCutted for myself and somehow my account logged out, when I tried to relog I saw this message
Quote:
You account has been disabled .
Please click here to check your
Message Centre for details.
|
At the message centre I saw this message :
Quote:
Dear Player,
Thanks for taking some time to send us your Appeal.
We’ve had another look at your account and made some changes to your Offence History. Feel free to go and have a quick look at the “Account Management” section of our website and you’ll see what we’ve changed based on your Appeal.
Regards,
Jagex Player Support

My appeal is denied and now I got a second appeal..
I'm really desperate for help and I hope I could get it here.
and I know I'm not the only who banned for this reason and in this day.
Thanks!

Seems to me like jagex failed.. I really dont know what happened. All I can say is good luck with your second appeal.
I hope someone on this forum can help you.

Re: [help] 9.9.09 "jagex ban event"
Exact same thing happened to my 131. I already sent in the 2nd appeal and it's been pending for like...4 days maybe. At this point, I think we are pretty much done. The bans are for "bug abuse" (you could see this when you fisrt appealed it I think) and they don't unban you for that, whether you did it or not.
The best of luck, and it may even help to wait a month or so before using that second appeal.

my first appeal was pending for 9 days ...and I don't see "bug abuse" as a reason, just "ban"/"manual permanent ban", I didn't see bug abuse ..
anyway, i havnt done anything..
i sent them a message and they didn't tell me the reason, they say they will just not unban me
but i'll keep trying to find someone to help, im not giving up so fast

Re: [help] 9.9.09 "jagex ban event"
On September 9th, Jagex banned a lot of accounts to review their accounts of unknown reason, and now they are unbanning some of them if they find they did nothing wrong. My account was one of them, and it was unbanned. If you didn't do anything wrong, just be patient. You'll probably be unbanned.
I also got a message from Jagex regarding the ban, I'll get on later and take a screen shot.

That's the day that I turned eighteen! :b
Send them a soppy, whiny message begging for it back; RuneScape is all you live for, you've no friends to turn to in real life, it gives your life substance, etc. They'll buy into it and give it back.

Re: [help] 9.9.09 "jagex ban event"
Ask your friend to post in acc review section(runescape official 'forums')
make a appeal
however i heard somewhere on their forums that jagex will not unban anyone that been banned on 9.9.9

Re: [help] 9.9.09 "jagex ban event"
well, if jagex suspected it, theres a little chance they will reverse their jurisdiction. honestly, there's close to little you can do to make a proper appeal. good luck man, really, best of luck

i say you should get on the forums and speak out. If you get enough attention a Mod will have to investigate it.

Re: [help] 9.9.09 "jagex ban event"
Same happened to my 135. It is for "Bug Abuse"; if you click the Second Appeal shit, it'll show you the date commited etc and says "Bug Abuse".
If that screenshot wasn't faked, Theres new hope.

Re: [help] 9.9.09 "jagex ban event"
The bans issued on 9/9/9 were for all the accounts related to bug abuse. Anyone who was banned likely had contact with a bug abuser, either knowingly or unknowingly. I had a friend who rarely logs in get banned just because I occasionally talked to him. I've never been on his account, he is not a cheater, and I've never discussed any forms of cheating with him.
