you cant do shit atm.
somethings gone really really wrong. can't bank or exchange i haope they sort this soon, and i'm glad i dont have millions invested in the ge if they've just messed it up!

Right click the GE desk. Click Exchange. FIX'D
Right click the bank booths (not at ge). Click Bank. FIX'D
It is possible, the NPCs are the problem.
