61 would be good for rune cbow... then use addy bolts to kill, you'll get decent speed kills

Void isnt needed but would help

I'd say get 70.

Use a rune crossbow, and use addy bolts, broad bolts, emerald bolts (E), or ruby bolts (E).

Do not use void at dragons, the ranger bonus is more important than the increase of the hit. use full drgaonhide and fremmenik archer helm+snakeskin boots, hope this helped.

At 86 range, I still have a tough time killing them... It takes a decent amount of time, but at 60, you'd stand no chance. Probably 30-40 minutes a load, minimum...

imo 75+ range, im 81 range use broad bolts and kill around 1 every 1-2 minutes... but if i pot, it goes much quicker, i suggest pots if ur gunna start at low level.. drops will be good tho, recommend 75+, if u cant wait then do 65+ rather...

Goodluck

I strongly suggest getting 75 Range with void, 85 without.
Even at these levels they aren't that great.

Rune c'bow, Emerald (e) bolts.
