If you haven't known already I'm going too break it down for you from MOD ravens point of view for you people ranting about hijackings. The final appeal that you receive more or less is just too say your sorry, not too bring you back in game.

Due to the harmful nature of the following offences, accounts that have been banned because of these offences will not be returning to game.

    * No account banned for Hijacking will be unbanned.
    * No account banned for Bug Abuse will be unbanned.

Please be aware that you can still create a new account and enjoy the game on that, without the stigma of these offences on the account.

RWTING under certain measures perhaps you may get unbanned depending on the nature of the RWT you committed. For instance I bought a few Millions back in 2007 and was unbanned as of February. I'm not sure if people who sold gold will be getting unbanned but heres proof.

If you Hijack or have commuted bug abuse you will stay permanently banned.

Nobody make any threads about this shit "I've been banned"..

Well that quote is a lie, bug abusers can be unbanned and I am the proof of that. Though my first account was permanently banned for bug abuse I currently have had an account that was banned for bug abuse that is now unbanned. Also, jagex rarely catches account hijackers, over the years i have not once been banned for account hijacking.
