this would in turn make the acc transfering too get more money, at the loss of the 2nd acc losing tho money to the 1st account.

I think your talking about the g.e.? The g.e. is almost completely random. A buyer and a seller both have a corresponding offer up but for some reason they don't complete the transaction. There are also limits to protect how many items you can buy. This will probably not work but if you can get it to make a guide w/ pics cuz I had to read it 3 times to understand =P
