theres plenty of quests, but for the most part those are the top ones that will get you items/new abilities.

Attack level depends really on what type of pking you want to do, barrage to mual rush, or mage to d claws rush, i personally would want 60 att for a wider range of weapons, d scim for instance would give you the upper hand over just a gmualer.

the whole low hp/high hp thing has always been up for debate amongst pures... they want low hp for lower combat etc etc...

i look at it like this, your 1 def so why would you want low hp? thats just asking to get combo-koed, imho the higher the better.

With 99 magic I can use the polypore staff, which hits higher than barrage, just doesn't freeze em.

Love all skills pretty much but that.

i would recomend, which i myself DREAD mining, would be what i did, find a no combat, Stealing creation FC/World, and save you up some points, and buy a good bit of the pickaxes, and go to a well populated world, and powermine granite at the quarry next to the bandit camp, and find three rocks clustered.
Or power mine gold at the crafting guild <--- i did that aswell with a bot.

a good spot for a pure to afk would be *if willing to use prayer pots* is mummies in the chaos tunnels, if not using praypots, your best bet would be rocks crabs or down in the security stronghold.

you could, but if you plan on rushing/bridding barrage to a rush weapon, or barrage to a reg weapon works well, and hell you can even combo polypore and ancients as its staff based spell not book.

Hmm...guess I did forget about SC, in all honesty, lol...it's a little fun to play and might help to lighten the burden that is mining at granite...might go with that then. Heard the picks weren't worth the time, but time isn't really an issue, so long as I can pick up the pace when it comes to the actually mining.

by hex i assume you are refering to hexcrest, from my experience there not super common nor super rare, about every 3 tasks i would get one as a drop. but i also always used a Ring of wealth.

What quests would you suggest (other than MM, DT and lost city) for a pure with 1 defence?
As in, quests that give attack exp, str exp, skills exp.

33K D Bones at 110M or...
13K Frosts at 220M.

Money isn't a massive problem but i'd still like to know which is best and also, how long would both take?

i'm not up-to-date on prices, but if you can afford arma top/bottom try to get that, if not i norm just used full void range, if you dont have it i would recomend getting it.

if you absolutely dont want to get void, then ethier go with black d hide or karils.

rcb or ccb, ruby/diamond bolts, ranger or rock climbing boots, or snakeskin an arma item, archer, arma, void helmet, fury or range necklace, or glory for teleport

barrows gloves or void.

accumlator or an arma god cape

ethier a pray bonus shield or a defensive one ie chaotics etc

a few good ones off the top of my head is the gnome quest chain, roving elves quest chain, fight arena, all the spirit of summer ones are good to if you want to do summoning, the new tzhar quest is really good exp.

thats all i can think of atm off the top of my head let me go find some more after i update my pc rq

Frosts are less then half the time of dragon bones.

i personally did frosts on a gilded altar , if you can afford it do it, dragon bones only if you got alot of time on your hands.

time frame.. you an do frosts in under a week, d bones in like two weeks <--- at my level of playing, you could do prob 5k bones a day if you hired runners etc maybe more

I've played rs for awhile and I've bought a fury once, used it and then when I went to get rid of it I lost like 1.5-2m on it lol, wondering would you suggest buying a fury(atm i've got a 50m cash pile) and I'm now going for combat training so i'm not really gunna be spending money. I've always used a glory, but a glory is also 50k lol. From experience is a fury worth having? I just hate to buy items like that and lose money lol.
