I had a thread a few days ago stating that IRC on SK was covering up my RS client, the new AD on members world was, and no scroll bar. Well after hours of Google'ing i've found a solution that worked for me.


(please note this may not work for you, or for Firefox/chrome users, as SK uses IE.)


Step1.
- Go to your Start menu ( http://screensnapr.com/v/8SKriD.png ) In the search box look for files titled ( Jagex Cache) Once you have located these files delete them. ( I had over 950 on my computer)
IF that did not fix your issue, see step2.

Step2.
- Go to your Control panel ( http://screensnapr.com/v/zBkc8B.png ) And click programs/features ( non vista users may find it under something else) ( http://screensnapr.com/v/NHn1PF.png ) Locate Java and uninstal it. ( http://screensnapr.com/v/KUDVAh.png ) After unistaling Java Re-install it, and make sure you have the newest version.
IF this did not fix your issue, see step3.

Step3.

- Google Internet explorer, and go to microsoft MAKE SURE ITS THE LEGIT MICROSOFT! ( http://screensnapr.com/v/OTjJqk.png ) Install the newest version of IE ( http://screensnapr.com/v/MdYToc.png )



IF these above steps did not fix your issue, then i'm sorry, it's what fixed mined, if this is not the correct Section please move my thread.
