I'm a little hesitant to turn my pure range into a range tank without first finding a definitive guide and/or quest list, like I've seen with zerker pures. I don't just want to jump into it then end up messing up horribly. Also, what are the recommended levels a range tank would have before attempting frost dragons? Thanks.

99 range - 99 defence -94 magic - 99 HP.

70+ defence with 90+ range and 77 prayer for rigour would be sick.. 94 mage with veng and you have a fun little pker

I would get:

90+ Ranged
80+ Defence
85+ Constitution
95+ Magic (For vengeance)
80+ Dungeoneering (For chaotic crossbow)
92+ Prayer (For soul split)/74+ Prayer (For rigour)
