Hi, been considering changing my 1 def pure into a pure with a decent defense level.
Been looking at zerks mostly, need information regarding them really.
1) is it worth the extra cb levels to go from rune pure (40 def) to zerk (45def)?
2) what are the benefits of a zerk over rune pure?
3) what are the quests i need to do?
4) what are the ideal stats of a rune pure / zerker ?(i dont want too high of cb :/ ideally)

If you could answer any/all questions would be much appreciated .

Be a Rune Pure, with 42 Defense for Void Elite, you can still have the Ancient Curses, and the only thing you won't have is a Legends cape, or a Fremmy Helmet.

if quested to the fullest potential 42 def can have turm, bgloves, venge, and hc
to quest from that to 45 its just random quests that dont give anything useful
i wouldnt go 45, the helm just isnt worth it

rune helm > zerk helm

Rune pure is better at the lower level but once you hit 90+ you might as well be a zerk.

Keep it at rune. You'll really regret the extra exp if they release a quest that has a killer reward but gives defense exp.

trust me rune pures are a lot better, not worth getting almost 2 combat levels for a helmet that gives only 3 strength bonus

i'd say get 45 , If not 45 - 42 for Void.

Zerkers have better str bonuses therefor more powerful/better

Go zerker, but ONLY by doing quests. train nothing.

Im nearly maxed 80 attack/40 defence, bonesaw without turmoil pride.

Berserker helm and void are the two main ones.
45 defence just looks better IMO.

40- penace hat/torso. 40 def, and better then zerk helm.

Stick to 40 berserker helmet simply isn't worth it these days. And as stated, penance helmet is a good alternative.

Or possibly get 42 for void.

If you have perfectly quested 1 def stats then make a turmoil pure!
