I was wondering if someone could help talk me through a successful flip. I understand the concept of flipping but how do pick your items? I'm f2p on the account I'm going to be flipping on.

Well one good way to do it is to have an account that you don't really play on but just store some cash on it. Then buy items in bulk (literally anything) but put your buy offer in for below mid. Then only log into that account every now and then. Eventually your items will buy. Then sell them for over med price and wait a few days until they sell. I know this sounds basic but it is much easier on an account you don't play on because it makes it much easier to be patient. For instance, lets say you buy 5k yew longs for 385 each and it takes 4 hours. Then you sell them overnight for 395 each. You will make about 50k for 2 minutes of playtime. Now imagine buying 50k yew logs instead of 5k..... ya the money starts rolling in. It is smart to pic items though that will always have a constant need so that you know even if the price drops, they will eventually rise.

firstly flipping on f2p isnt very good since the lack of high valued items and secondly how much cash have u got(the more cash the more profit)
