I have like 5 of them on an account that has mostly under 20 in all skills excet 70 fish/wc/cook/fm and 90 craft.. So what do I do with these things?

Go to world-117 Dae, click on each effigy to investigate, and try to find someone willing to let you use their levels (assist)
Once you do it 4 times, you will be given an XP lamp, xp lamp amount depends on your level. I know level 95 or so gives you 40k+ xp.

First time: Level 91 in designated skill needed
Second time: Level 93 in designated skill needed
Third time: Level 95 in designated skill needed
Last time: Level 97 in designated skill needed

Each effigy "stage" will give you 2 skill options.
One of those skills will be un-assistable, and the other you can try to find someone to assist you with (World-117 Dae is the place to go, Dae/DG start)

You can request assistance from other players to nourish effigies. The dragonkin lamp gives you a decent amount of exp. There's a calculator on that page which shows you how much exp you would get. Yeah, going to world 117 Daemonheim is a great way to get assistance.

Very cool, yah i wonder what the exp rewards are from an effigy at like level 20 haha. I've been farming blue drags on this account and now the effigies are just stacking up.. Haven't played legit in a few years so these new updates sorta confuse me

I did this once, I got like NO xp from it. I was surprised, I thought it was something special.

w117 is a decent way to get them done, however another effective way to find people to assist you is the clan chat "assistclan" or "assist_clan" there are a bunch of people offering and requesting assistance there.

In my opinion, I think world 117 is better than using clan chats. When I used that world, everyone was in the same place offering help and requesting help. I got like eight effigies done their easily. But, when I used a clan chat. It took me a while, because I had to meet them in different places, sometimes different worlds, etc.

Then you either expected to get XP from getting an assist (which OBVIOUSLY gives the other person the XP for the stages in which you go through to get your lamp)

OR

The skill you put it on is approximately Level Shit so you got crap XP. The higher your level, the more XP you get.

Effigies kick ass. They are part of the reason that I leveled almost all of my skills to 90+ in a relatively short period of time since coming back to RS, and they have helped me train Farming very quickly as well.

Not only that, but the Assist XP every day helped me get 99 con without me having to do the boring (but fast) skill more than I wanted to

Yah i see high leveled players who are 2k plus total and there like "yah I did effigys for 92-97 rc" or shit like that and i'm like damn these things are good exp! But for the average joe rs player, or an account that is a throw away and botted 24/7 with crap stats aside from melle's effigys aren't quite as kick ass.
