How long are you planning to do herblore for? What level are you trying to get?

For the first 10 hours you average 1.695x xp (or 1.7x for easier math). After those 10 hours it's a flat 1.1x xp gain.

that should help you out, its a herblore calculator and shows you how much gp per xp it will cost and stuff, it's very useful

I'm doing herb from 83 Hoping to get 95-96 during the bonus xp. My suggestion is just to make sure you have the unfinished pots ready. Soon as you log in, start mixing the finished pots as fast as possible

This is a good tactic , i got from 91 - 99 in 10 hours last double exp weekend.

On topic , http://runescape.wikia.com/wiki/Calculators/Potions is a site that is useful for prices/exp as it tell you how much your paying per exp point , find the one with the lowest cost per exp ratio for your level an pump it.

Also i think 220m will get you almost to overloads, but im guessing around 92ish to be honest, good luck man
