This picture is several months old, a bit before RSC was re-open.

they're called certs
they're like notes in rs2, but instead u talked to a guy to exchange a bunch of the same items for a cert

First is most likely Coal, Shark, or Lobster Certs. The other 3 are Super Attack, Super Strength, and Super Defence Certs. Each Cert is worth 5 of that item.
Ex. 1 Shark Cert = 5 Sharks

The certs are dragon bone certs, super attack certs, super str certs and super def certs.
The rune chain was marked on page 1 or 2, as you can see there's no item marked on page 3.
I sold the majority of the items, most of them before rsc re-opened again.
I've been selling mills the last for 2-3 years on rsc
and I still do, so I still have quite a few items left for sale
