Using an auto-fighter or human self?

How long will it take if I trained 4 hours a day straight? I'm f2p so Stronghold red spiders the fastest exp?

I'm going to train it myself cause I can't risk a hard worked account but if theres a very well trusted auto fighter out there I might get a few levels with it.

do it by hand on the place in teh stronghold iwth the green spiders, they are the best XP for F2P I'd say, I even train on them when I was member, just wear full rune and bring a full invent of lobs

I guess spiders in stronghold are about 40k-50k xps in F2p so let's say around 45k.

80-85 strenght = 1,27m xps difference

1,270,000 / 45,000 = 28

So it's about 28 hours if you don't count the restock on food.
