Altough i cant tell you much, i can tell you some stuff. Pbbans has tried to team with runescape to catch botters for along time, Jagex staff has not(and pry will not) accept a partnership between us. Anyway, the email i recently recieved from jagex said they are going to be releasing a new anti macro system which will(in their terms) put an end to most bots, and antiban scripts. 3rd party software will be "easier to detect and stop than it has in the past. So we will not be needing any help from software streaming sites, such as PBBans.com, as they may lag up our Runescape servers."

That last quote is pretty much all the info given, there was no time or release dated given for the update.

This is bull.

Jagex could easily kill rsbot off just like they did with aryan, but they don't for the sake of the economy (they only do mass bans when the botters are hurting the economy).

That was my point. Jagex COULD do it, but WON'T do it because it would ruin the entire economy of RuneScape. The only time that mass bans are done *thinks back to Aryan* is when there are so many botters that the economy is suffering.

I think your missing the point here. They prefer skillers over botters. That's why it's their top priority to get rid of botters with their "new" macro detection system I suppose. They refine their techniques and botters refine theirs. Even the CEO said "RWT and botting will always happen and it always will be". A lot of accounts are going to be at stake though. All I know is that when I hear people getting banned left and right, it's time to take a break.

I reckon they should ban the F2P Botters, And Leave us P2P Botters how we are. We pay.

They can just ban the p2p AND the f2p botters and still keep ur money.

Agreed. Botting rules so much of Runescape's economy so the game would be ruined for a short period of time without us. Jagex is trying to kill us slowly. If you even watched the prices when RSBot was outdated a week, that affected them.

yea.. last time when RSBOT was Dead lol. or Outdated, mostly all prices goes down.. and some junks goes up. weird.
