I have seen that sorc garden bots are reappearing.

Anybody know what bot it is?

Private ones. Not released. No information known.
Same with the green dragon bots.

Smart developers know releasing will only screw up profits for themselves.

There are FOR SURE Sorc Garden and GDK BOTS.
You can tell they are since there are so many, and the GDK ones are able to see/click items out of reach for 'normal' players.

There are lots of private working bots out atm. Most are run by big gold sellers.

so we cannot get them that means other public bot sites will figure it out sooner or later.

Even if public sites 'figure it out' the smart ones won't release them.

1) Jagex can do you legal trouble if you publicly release
2) It is more profitable for the developers to keep to themselves and goldfarm rather than sell to froobs.
