Open two browsers, make them smaller so you can fit 2 on one screen, enter details on both screens without clicking login, quickly press login on both, select correct world on both, click play on both screens quickly.

its easy to muti log just have 2 differnt internets open so not 2 in same tab have all sing in details ready minimize to the login bar so u see double and click

I think blupig made a client for multilogging, if you search around you could find it.
The method to edit a .bat file to read-only is VERY detectable. I would not suggest doing it.
The simplest way is to open two browsers side by side and quickly click play on both as fast as you can.

It uses the same method of making the .dat file read-only that was demonstrated by kendudex. Honestly, if Jagex is looking for people multilogging, it would be simple for them to determine how many connections are being made from your machine, regardless of whether you do it this way or by opening up multiple browsers.
