Title pretty much says it. I'm paying either RL money (Verified, bank funded Paypal) or RSGP, or whatever other payment method we can arrange.

The spot needs to be secret (NOT common knowledge, or remotely close to common knowledge), have no quest requirements (only exception is 1-2 easy/quick quests, but nothing that takes more than ~45 mins), low skill requirements (if any), not very crowded, and must make at least 400k profit per hour. Obviously, that's actual profit, not "profit" from junk items.

This spot is going to be used solely by me, and nobody else. I'm not going to ruin it, don't worry. You have my word, as much as that means to you.

Post your price and the rough details of your spot (I.e. - if there are any requirements, and roughly how much it makes), and I'll get back to you. Or PM me the info if you'd like, it's all the same to me.

i assume he means, places to kill monsters to make decent money/hr that arent very crowded/not many people know about them such as the axes in the room in the wilderness near the mage bank.

I got a 500K P/H method but it doesn't give you exp.

i had a spot, it takes like 3 quests, its probably 300k p/hr but the main item you get is crashing, usually you get around one of them per hour.
once the price stables out its easily 700k p/hr, id be happy to sell for a low price of 7m

Not too interested in a spot that's crashing, which means lots of people know about it.. Or the people that do know about it are idiots that sell for low.

What are the requirements for that spot, though?

You are going to be hard pressed to find a secret spot without quest requirements. You're options would open up hugely if you were willing to do quests.

Axe hut isn't exactly a secret spot, it's obvious who didn't play old RS when DI controlled the axe hut for just that reason :P

Blue Dragons under Yannile, you need to complete The Watchtower Quest, it usually has 1-3 people there, its about 700k an hour gp and Great exp, I recomend about 70 Defence, 70 attack, 70 strength at the lowest but 80+ defence and attack would be better, I train there and make money there, my stats are 85 attack, 70 strength and 99 defence and I use tuna for food and I make about 650k an hour

I don't think the web walker for Nexus supports that cave unfortunately. Also, it's not 700k/hr is it? Even taverly dragons with agility shortcut is 400-500k. When you make 650k, is that botting or legit?
