Manual breaking every 3 or 4 hours or so for about an hour I'd say. Sometime's suiciding is safer then breaking. You'd have to speak to someone with a better knowledge of botting, I usually play legit, and no life, haha.

Well right now you're probably getting like 650ish pure ess per hour correct? 100,000 / 30 = 3333.333... So you need to bot an average of that per day. I would say bout about 5 1/2 hours a day. After 2 hours take a 15-30 min break, and then continue for 2 1/2 hours and then break botting for the rest of the day. Of course once you get to 41 mining you'll be getting a lot more ess per hour with a rune pick so you can lower the number of hours botted per day. Maybe bot a straight 4 hours and get the ess you need and then stop for the day?

Edit: Oh wait you want 80 mining and 100k ess in 30 days? Hmm :P Idk then, i'd personally bot 41 mining before botting the ess. Then go to a mix of 4 hours of ess, 4 hours of iron? I'm not sure if that would get you to 80 mining in 30 days but I'm too lazy to do the math right now haha
