i just got an email from paypal today

details of this case. There, you can enter any information regarding this

i sold an account to this guy on sythe last summer, but i dont have any pictures of the msn conversation or any private messages. i sold it for $110...

i simply don't know what to do.
when i click the resolve button it gives me three options:
1)Provide Shipping Information.
2)I have not shipped the item and I will refund the payment.
3)I have refunded the payment for this transaction.

i have 7 days to clear this up, and i dont have 110 dollars to give up like this. please help

update: i just spent 30 minutes juggling through department transfers on the phone with paypal, they said they are going to conduct a 10 day investigation, and at the end of the 10 days they will notify me whether im out of 110$ or not. i think thats a little bit ridiculous
