I decided to respond to this scam report about be since I'm unable to do it in that thread. The reason I'm doing this is because, from a third point of view, and without any evidence I present, it looks like I am at fault here. But I can assure you, I have not done anything that deserves a ban.

Let me start from the beginning. To tell the truth, yes, you could call me a "hacker". But what I'm doing doesn't deserve that kind of label. Hackers do far better stuff than I'm capable. What I do is make Youtube videos that lure people into downloading my fake program, which is actually a Java RAT (Remote administration tool). I do not spread these Youtube videos on Sythe or try to infect Sythe members in any way, shape, or form. And, as most everyone except the kid that reported me knows, Youtube != Sythe.

So, since Youtube does not equal Sythe, I cannot get banned for something I did on Youtube.

Now, the kid that reported me also claims that I "could be hacking people I've quested for". For those who don't know, I used to run a free questing service, but I stopped that. The last post on my free questing thread (the link is in my signature), was on May 12th. If that isn't proof enough, here is my RAT control panel:

What you see there, is the source of the "Hacked Runescape Accounts" that the report against me speaks of. What I do with said accounts is give free tricks to people, in exchange for vouches. And here lies the only thing I can get in trouble for. I am not aware if I am allowed to receive vouches for an activity such as this. If I am not, then I WILL accept a ban for Market Fruad, for receiving vouches for something I cannot receive them for. In this case, I will remove the vouches, and stop doing Free Whip Tricks for people.

I hope this is enough evidence to show you that I do not deserve a perm ban. Please take everything I have said in this thread before deciding the outcome of this situation. Thank you.
