Briefly explain the trade: Asked for 1m transfer for $1.10

How they scammed:He "threatened" to drop all my cash unless i pay the randsom fee of $15 then went up to $20 after he found out it was my only account(he held me account hostage lol)

This is the ip after i logged in i dont know if its any use but hes from washington and if anyone lives there and are willing to hunt him down and get my $1.10 back i would be greatfull.
