I bought an iPhone off of him, he hasn't shipped it, and he ignores me on MSN for about a month.

The dispute closes in about 2 days, he contacts me a few days before telling me the item is "lost in shipping". He has never gave me a shipping # or tracking ID of any sort whatsoever.

So he tells me to send him another 85 dollars, and he will buy a new iPhone 3GS and send me it to make up for the lost object.

I sent him 185 dollars and 27 USD for the item, and shipping insurance.

The dispute dates going to end, so I disputed. Look what he did:
