MSN chat logs are stored as plain text XML files by default, and certain add ons allow HTML logs. Both of these can be edited easily through Notepad and we do not accept them as proof. The only valid proof for an MSN conversation is a screenshot of the ACTUAL CONVERSATION WINDOW.

Also, do not trade through PMs; it is very hard to review this evidence. The quotes can easily be edited, or the trade could have continued over on MSN; saying that the trade was a scam is not enough proof for a ban.
