Briefly explain the trade: I gave him 15m for a $10 UGC code

How they scammed: I gave him the money, he gave me a code which turned out to be invalid and then immediately deleted/blocked me on skype.

Proof that you were not talking to an impostor: Unfortunately I don't have definitive proof, but I have a picture of me sending him a message to add me on skype after he pm'd me on sythe and then him adding me on skype right after, the timestamps match up

I'm banning him based on how closely the times match up. I looked through your posts and saw that you did not post on his, or anybody elses thread, and that you did not post your Skype address anywhere.

He also has had 4-5 scam reports filed against him previously and all have been dismissed, as he goes to great lengths to not state his MSN/Skype publicly and always makes the other person say theirs first. And the amount of scam accusations on his thread that have been deleted.. it is amazing he has never been TWC'd.
