How they scammed: he just took the money said it was a used code he gave me another still used then scammed

Do you have a post or PM from this guy stating his Skype name is "upgrader.sythe"? There are many scam reports against him but nobody is able to prove his Skype name.

If you do NOT have that, you could post any PM's or posts between you two where he says he has added you, and then post the ver beginning of the Skype chat so I can match up the time stamps. If he added you directly after telling you he was adding you on Skype, that may be enough to ban him.
