I have a Video of me giving him the gold in game and my paypal ammount not going up.

It also shows him going offline without paying.

I will send the scam investigators the video. I don't want anyone else seeing it because my personal information is in the video.

Skype ID is unnecessary, as J. Adams PM's his RSN which you can see at 3:39, and it matches the RSN of the player who receives the gold in-game.

He is now banned, thanks.
