You're going to have to show his unique Skype ID, and proof that he owns that Skype ID (a post or PM where he states it).
In-game screen shots would help a lot too. And sorry, we can't compensate people for their own losses.

He added me after he seen my skype on my thread. I have no proof that it was him but you can see in the skype convo that I have gave him the cash.

Even if he added you, I need to see proof of his Skype ID. Just right click his name on your Skype list and select 'View Profile'. Here is an example: ATTENTION! ALL SKYPE Proofs MUST INCLUDE THIS!
I can search through his posts or with Google after you give me a Skype ID and see if there is a match.
