Briefly explain the trade: Sold 100m, 200m, 200m, 1000m increments of RSGP for Paypal payment. Received payment for the first 500m in RSGP, seller has delayed paying the remainder of the balance. At this point, it is a full week delay and I am forced to file this report as payment has not been rendered.
How they scammed: Never received payment for last increment of 1000m

At this point, it's become unacceptably long of a delay for completing the transaction. Therefore, I must post this until payment is completed.
