Why you think they are ban evading:

What first caught my attention was in his thread (http://sythe.org/showthread.php?t=1423245) he is selling the name "Mong". The name jumped out to me because he had personally scammed me TWICE in the past and I couldnt prove it, but I did some research and here is what I found (partial credit to Kenpen and Vaporized):

1) Mong [Ip Check/Vador #16]

Tl;dr -----> The current OP just so happens to be trying to sell the names of both of his vader accounts "Mong" and "Formats" shown here http://sythe.org/showthread.php?t=1423245 Also all of the names in which he claims to have and is selling, is a lie and the only name I'm certain he owns is Mong.

They don't appear to be the same. Different IPs and everything.
