He runs a free skill training service that he started about 6 days ago i believe. 5 days ago I pmed him about dung training and he said he would do it after he finished his current order, so i gave him the info. 5 days later the account hasn't been touched. I have 0 items and 0 gold on the account so he had nothing to steal. I pmed him about it 2 days ago and he never responded. There is also another post on his thread complaining about him taking/dropping items.

I know this isn't enough info for a ban, but should definitely warrant a TwC.

EDIT 2: I forgot to mention, his thread has said "open- taking orders" since the day after he and i talked.

Nothing I can really do here, maybe he is behind...let me know what happens though.
