What the shit are you trying to do, because if its just a web browser control in a form, then you should look at the trash heap, there's a fucktonne there already.
And if you're talking about making a totally new web browser kit, complete with rendering techniques for CSS and what not, and maybe porting a Flash build over to your new kit, then I think you're in way over your head.

forward = 1 line of code
refresh = 1 line of code
etc. Webbrowser is such a simple to do, just google some tutorials. You dont need any help for it.
